The Voice We Love to Hear:
Helen Feyh

Mrs. Donna - North Canton

WeJoySing Sign“Thank you for calling WeJoySing, this is Helen speaking...” Since 1998, WeJoySing callers have been greeted by a friendly voice with a lovely English accent. The woman behind the voice is Helen Feyh, and yes, the accent is real! Though she’s lived in the U.S. all of her adult life, the influence of Helen’s homeland has stayed with her (the voice suits her spunky personality).

After eight years of service to WeJoySing, Helen has now retired from her position as receptionist and administrative assistant. What will she do now?

She laughs and responds: “Enjoy myself, I think– do my own thing!” (The day I spoke to Helen, she was on her way to her sister-in-law’s for a weekend of scrap-booking). She also plans to continue her hobby– watercolor painting-- and will likely sign up for some classes at the YMCA.

No doubt she’ll be spending more time with her hubby, Dave, and their family. If you stop by for a visit, you might find three young boys and a little girl visiting too...and singing WeJoySing songs, of course.....the grandchildren all attend!

What will Helen miss most about working for WeJoySing? “Definitely the children who would come see me in the office before class. I just loved `em!” Once, she was at a picnic where she unexpectedly saw a WeJoySing family. The children, thinking she should only be at the WeJoySing studio, exclaimed, “There’s the Singing Lady!”

She also will miss the WeJoySing staff. “Jo Kirk has been great, and the teachers... I’ve never worked with a bunch of ladies that are so nice. They are phenomenal. Very caring people. I miss them already...”

I think it’s safe to speak for the entire WeJoySing family...the feeling is mutual! A big thank you to Helen for her friendship and dedication. WeJoySing wishes her many blessings and new adventures.

A Note From Mrs. Jo
Helen Feyh has been a blessing to me. She has been my “right hand” and often times “my brain!” This woman “knocked my socks off” the very first time I met her.

Helen, it’s “bean” a JOY working beside you for the past 8 years. You will be missed!

"Sing"cerely,
Mrs. Jo
