 Jennifer
Simcic is a native of Columbus, Ohio and has played piano since age 5 and guitar since age 16. She has an English degree from Wake Forest University in North Carolina. She has experience tutoring students from elementary school through college in various subjects, and has worked with children in the Windemere Latchkey after-school program and the UA summer Parks and Rec Program. After working in Marketing for a prominent insurance company for 6 years, Jennifer decided to become a stay-at-home mom with the birth of her first child, William, in November 2004. “I have always enjoyed working with children,” she says, “and having a baby has made me love – and understand – children even more! I have always loved music, too, and I am so happy to have the chance to combine the two as a We Joy Sing teacher! I look forward to sharing the joy of music with you and your child!”
